CHRIS Brunt has a 50-50 chance of facing Everton this week as Roberto Di Matteo worries over injuries to key players.
Jonas Olsson and Ishmael Miller are both definitely out with their respective Achilles and abdomen injuries.
But Brunt, who also missed Saturday’s defeat to Stoke, is making steady progress with his groin injury.
Di Matteo is hopeful Brunt, along with James Morrison (back) and Steven Reid (Achilles) will also be fit.
“Olsson and Miller are still out,” said the Italian.
“Steven Reid, James Morrison and Chris Brunt all missed training yesterday.
“Brunt is 50-50 and we’ll see how he progresses this week.
