JONAS Olsson believes cynicism is Albion’s best hope of survival.
The Baggies centre-half is more than happy to embrace Roy Hodgson’s pragmatic approach to defending.
Albion have been more organised and settled as a defensive unit since his appointment.
And Olsson feels that defensive emphasis will be crucial during the final two months of the Premier League campaign.
The Swede said: “I feel we are a bit more cynical in our approach with a few more men behind the ball.
“But for me, as a player, it’s entertaining getting results.
“If you look at the games we have played under the new gaffer, they have been against Birmingham, Stoke and Wolves and all three of those teams are pretty direct.
“But entertainment for me is winning a game.
