JONAS Olsson today insisted Albion would be no April fools as they prepare for one of their toughest sequence of games.
The Baggies have no game this weekend due to the international break but resume their bid for survival against Liverpool on Saturday week before travelling to Sunderland the following Saturday.
Chelsea visit The Hawthorns during the month with a trip to Tottenham and a home clash with Villa also on the agenda for Roy Hodgson’s men.
But Olsson refuses to get bogged down with the task awaiting Albion, with some justification.
The Baggies have taken four points off Arsenal and have drawn with Manchester United and Spurs this season.
Olsson told the Birmingham Mail: “It’s a fair point, it’s not great (the April fixtures), but I don’t agree. The first factor is we have been doing well against the big teams and we’ve had some good results.
‘‘And I think the second factor is that this season there are ten teams fighting against relegation and quite a few fighting for the league or Champions League.
“It doesn’t matter who you play now it will be difficult every week.
“I think it’s irrelevant this season that there won’t be any easy games.
