Jonas Olsson calls for 'Arsenal' spirit when West Bromwich Albion take on Spurs

JONAS Olsson has called on Albion to bring back from Tottenham a potential Premier League survival-clinching victory – like they did on their last visit to north London.

The Baggies beat Arsenal 3-2 at the Emirates in September, taking a three-goal lead in the process.

Olsson believes Albion are more than capable of matching their opponents when they return to the capital tomorrow.

And he sees no reason why Roy Hodgson’s men cannot cause another upset against Spurs, who are in the hunt for fourth spot.

That would give Albion 42 points – a total which most deem to be enough to secure top-flight safety.

“We have to approach the game as we did against Arsenal and Liverpool,” said Olsson, speaking from yesterday’s WBA disabled supporters’ club open day.

“We are good enough to beat them – we can do it. We went to Arsenal and got a result.

“If you watch all games and see teams you can get too worried about them.

“Tottenham make mistakes even though they have world-class players.

“For us it’s about getting back to organisation, shape of team, which wasn’t the best last Saturday against Chelsea.

“If we get that right we have a chance – if not, Tottenham will punish us because they have the players to do that.”

Olsson continued: “I saw parts of the Arsenal game, but not all of it.

“I watched the Real Madrid games.
