Wolves star convinced they can end Aston Villa run
“It’s probably going to be a sell-out and all the players are really looking forward to putting in a good performance and hopefully getting a victory.
“Villa have got quick players, as have a lot of teams in this league, and it’s something we know we have got to cope with.
“Last weekend Everton had Saha who has a lot of pace but we put in a good all-round performance and were disappointed to lose a goal in the last couple of minutes.
“We had done well to keep a clean sheet for so long against a quality team.
“We played well for long periods and passed the ball well but unfortunately just couldn’t see the game out for the win.”
The visit of Villa will provide a hothouse home league debut for right-back Ronald Zubar. But Berra is backing the summer signing from Marseilles to start showing his quality now that he has settled in at Molineux.
“Ronald did very well at Goodison Park,” said Berra.
“He took two or three weeks to adapt at the start of the season, which is normal because when I came from Scotland it took me the same time to settle.
“But he is a good player who did well on his debut and hopefully can keep up that level of performance.”
