DENES Rosa and Daniel Jones scored first-half goals to give a Wolves XI a 2-0 victory over Steve Bull’s Stafford Rangers last night.

Wolves, who gave a trial to former Toulouse defender Issoumaila Dao, a 24-year-old from the Ivory Coast, took the lead in the 13th minute when Rosa netted a 20-yarder.

Fifteen minutes later, the lead was doubled in spectacular fashion when Mark Little’s cross was half-cleared and Jones lashed home a volley from 25-yards.
