Jody Craddock hails current side the best he's played in at Molineux

VETERAN Wolves defender Jody Craddock believes the current side is the best he has ever played with in gold and black, even going so far as to admit he feels promotion is on the cards this time round.
Craddock is only 33 and yet almost a decade older than the majority of Mick McCarthy’s young brood, who still sit three points clear at the top of the Championship despite a string of disappointing results.
The centre-back has missed much of the season with a broken foot but was back in first-team action last weekend against Cardiff – making such an impression that he has given his manager a selection headache this afternoon.
Craddock said: “This is a good team, a young team and it is full of very good prospects.
“If the lads can stay together and get promoted it would be fantastic.”
Craddock, who has played more than 500 career league and cup games, and who has been at Wolves for six years, added: “If this team can stay together and grow it would be fantastic. They are a young bunch of lads and have to make sure they get up.
“Is it the best team in my time here? Yes, I think so.”
