Craddock is happy to help Wolves team

JODY Craddock has played down his return to the Wolves team.
The 34-year-old had not played in four Premier League matches after injuring his hamstring prior to last month’s trip to Blackburn.
But he returned against Everton and turned in a fine performance.
“I was just happy to be playing and helping the boys out,” he said.
“Michael Mancienne had a virus last week which gave me a chance to come in.
“I was only out of the team through getting an injury myself, but it’s swings and roundabouts and that’s how it happens.”
Craddock and Ronald Zubar slotted into the team perfectly at Goodison Park and it was no surprise to the club captain to see the former Marseilles man shine on his debut.
“Zubar was chomping at the bit to prove himself,’’ said Craddock.
“I thought he did very well – he won his tackles and his headers and did well in the position.
“Considering it was his debut, he might have been quite nervous, but he did well and he should be pleased with his performance.
“It helps that he’s got so much pace as well.”
Craddock received seven stitches in a head injury at Goodison but said simply: “It’s part and parcel of the job.”
