STEVE Morgan has all-but ruled out a “high-flyer” signing this summer.

“Anybody we bring in, we will look to bring in a quality player,” said the club owner.

“We are definitely not going to bring in quantity. We’ve a good record of bringing in players from lower leagues in Matt Jarvis and Stephen Ward.

"We’ve a very good record of talent spotting so it won’t necessarily be a high flyer that we bring in but we’ll look to buy wisely.

“We were the third-highest net spenders last summer with £18 million and I don’t think we are in a position where we need to (do that again).

"You can bring in too many players. We possibly made that mistake the first season we came up. As Man City have shown. They’ve spent hundreds of millions. New players doesn’t wave a magic wand.”
