Wolves: Steven Fletcher aims to put one over on old boss Owen Coyle

STEVEN Fletcher is hoping to inflict further misery on his old boss Owen Coyle by adding to his recent run of goals.

The Wolves striker is grateful to the Bolton manager for bringing him to England when he was in charge of Burnley, but admits that any sentiment will be put to one side tomorrow.

Fletcher recently became the first Scot since Paul Dickov to score 25 Premier League goals and is determined to continue his rich vein of form at the Reebok Stadium.

“I was pleased with my goal at Arsenal, which takes me up to seven for the season which isn’t too bad,” he said.

“It’s always nice to get a goal at places like that as well.

“Bolton is a big game for us now, as they all are at the moment.

“It becomes bigger because of where we both are in the league but hopefully we can go there and come away with something.

“When I was at Burnley it was always big games with either Bolton or Blackburn.

“The rivalry became bigger when Owen Coyle moved as well.
