There is little doubt that Wolves fans like me were happier with the draw at the weekend between Wolves and Aston Villa.

I have to say though that despite Wolves clearly deserving the under-dog status this was not a result that surprised me at all.

Last time Aston Villa came to Molineux they gave us an absolute battering - 0-4 I believe.

The big difference this time around is the personnel, in our last ill-fated campaign in the Premiership we had a team of 'big-time charlies' after one last pay day. Faded has-beens and never had-beens with no fire in their bellies and very little gusto and legs that had run out of steam.

We are a different team altogether in 2009.
