SECURITY measures are being beefed up in and around the ICC ahead of next week's Conservative Party Conference. The Birmingham Mail followed Springer Spaniel Nutz as he searched the conference centre for explosives. Asst Chief Constable Stuart Hyde also explained why security needed to be so tight.
