Bargain dresses for all budgets

WHETHER it’s the office party or a night out at one of the city’s Michelin starred restaurants, the festive season is all about glamour. From feathers and sequins to lurex and lace, it’s the one time of the year when you really can pile on the party style.
To suit all budgets, here’s my favourite looks to ensure you will be the belle of the ball.
1. Under £20: Yes, you really can doll up to the nines and still get change from a 20 pound note. From Primark, this one-should sequinned dress is bang on trend for the season and costs just £19.
2. Under £50: This jersey draped bandeau dress, £35 from Dorothy Perkins, is a great colour for the Christmas party season. Added to that the gathered waist helps hide those lumps and bumps.
3. Under £100: I love this colour of the dress from Monsoon, priced at £95. The embellished collar neckline gives a real feel of elegance.
4. Blow the budget: Colour blocking and designer styling rolled into one. This striking contrast dress from DKNY costs £295 from Harvey Nichols.
