Street Style

Martyn Shipley, aged 20, from Nuneaton, works for UPS tracking service.

How would you describe your style?

I take a lot of influence from the 1960s fashion, in particular the Mod scene.

Where do you like to shop?

H&M, Zara, House of Fraser, Ben Sherman and Urban Village in Digbeth.

How could shopping be improved in Birmingham?

I'd like to see a wider selection in the main stores such as Topman - you normally have to go to London to get the more unique stuff. Birmingham could definitely do with more vintage stores.

How much do you spend a month on clothes?

Too much! About £400.

What are you wearing today?

My trousers cost £20, the jumper cost £30 and are both from H&M. The shoes and coat are from Topman and each cost £60.
