Street Style

Ruth Taylor, 24, Team manager for Acorns children's hospice, from Moseley
How would you describe your style?
“I think it’s quite eclectic – I like to try to look a bit different and tend to avoid places like Primark and H&M as I hate wearing the same things as everyone else.”
Where do you like to shop?
“Urban Outfitters and I tend to buy a lot of things when I’m abroad like France, Bali and the US.”
How could shopping in Birmingham be improved?
“I think we could do with a few more little boutiques.”
How much do you spend a month on clothes?
“About £100. I don’t mind paying a bit more because I tend to think about the cost-per-wear of each item I buy.”
What are you wearing today?
“Cardigan from Urban Outfitters £35, vest from H&M £5, scarf from Bali £3, jeans by BDG £45, belt from South Africa £30, shoes from Topshop £30.”
