Catch TV stars at theme parks
WEST Midlands families flocked to the Twinlakes Family Theme Park recently to see a special appearance by Peppa Pig and little brother George.
Twinlakes, in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, will be welcoming other TV characters this year, including Dora the Explorer and Diego (July 12) and Scooby-Doo (September 13).
On July 26, there’s a Harry Potter Lookalike Day and Owl Flying, and on July 29-30, a Teddy Bears’ Picnic with ‘TY’ Big Bear.
Twinlakes’ sister park, Wheelgate, in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire is hosting Lazy Town and The Little Princess this weekend (June 28).
