Ghostly goings-on

THE ghost of Jacob Marley is haunting Birmingham Hippodrome this half term week, as part of the family musical Scrooge.

The show tells the story of cold-hearted, tight-fisted Ebenezer Scrooge, who is visited by several ghosts, warning him to change his ways. Scrooge features stunning sets and costumes, specially-created illusions by magician Paul Kieve and a fantastic musical score.

Presented by West End producer Bill Kenwright, Scrooge stars the legendary Tommy Steele in the title role, and is running until Saturday.

* Tickets priced from £13. Call the box office on 0844 338 5000.
