THIS summer, shoppers, city workers and tourists alike can feel the sand between their toes, relax on a deckchair and sip delicious fruit cocktails, right in the heart of Birmingham – at the Emirates Beach in Chamberlain Square.

The urban beach attraction is free to the public and is now open until September 14, 11am-7pm daily. It features a 15 metre backdrop with beach images from Dubai, Mauritius and Australia – three of the 101 destinations served by Emirates.

To celebrate the launch of the Emirates Beach, the award-winning airline has partnered with the new Atlantis, The Palm resort in Dubai to offer Birmingham Mail readers the chance to win a fantastic four night holiday flying direct from Birmingham International Airport.
