College to celebrate campus unveiling
Walsall College is set to celebrate the unveiling of its brand new £64 million Wisemore Campus with a community day open to anyone next week.
The event, on Saturday July 18, from 11am to 5pm, will offer local people a sneak preview of the facility before it opens for in September and prior to the grand official launch in November.
During the day, Walsall College staff and members of the local community will have the chance to see inside the completed campus for the first time and take a look around the cutting edge facilities.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to have a first glimpse of facilities that are open to the public throughout the year, including the college salon, gym and restaurant.
There will be bouncy castles, an assault course, a bucking bronco, a bungee trampoline and climbing wall. Entertainment will be provided by Beacon Radio and the Thunder Crew.
