Cupid's Crunch

ISLAND bar, in Suffolk Street, Queensway, Birmingham, has put together a Valentine's Day creation using the aptly named purple liqueur Parfait Amour (perfect love). It's a combination of Curacao orange peel, vanilla, rose petals and almonds that creates a violet-coloured liqueur with a sultry perfume.

Ingredients:

25ml Vodka

15ml Parfait Amour

10ml White Vermouth

25ml Apple juice

Method:

Shake all the ingredients together with ice and fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
