For a glimpse of summer in the depths of winter, conjure up stylish Harry's Bar in Venice's Piazza San Marco, where this famous cocktail was reputedly invented.

INGREDIENTS

Peach puree Prosecco sparkling wine

METHOD

Pour the chilled ingredients into a chilled glass and stir.

Try adding a shot of peach brandy, or making it with Champagne instead.
