ST GEORGE'S DAY COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

50ml Tanqueray No. Ten gin

20ml lime juice

15ml acacia honey

Two strawberries

Six raspberries

Ginger ale

METHOD

Trim the fruit and blend together with all ingredients except for the ginger ale. Pour over ice into a highball glass, stir and add ginger ale to top. Garnish with a split strawberry and a handful of raspberries.
