Cocktail of the week - Singapore Sling
AN EXOTIC classic that is claimed to have originated in the Raffles Hotel in Singapore.
INGREDIENTS
60ml gin 60ml fresh lime juice 60ml Cointreau 15ml Peter Heering 2tsp sugar dash of Angostura
METHOD
Pour gin, lime, bitters and sugar into glass full of crushed ice and stir. Add Cointreau and Peter Heering, top up with soda and garnish with slice of lemon.
