Now the Mandarin Corporation has added another jewel to its crown by opening a third restaurant in the city. The new venture is Mirage Fusion, a fine dining restaurant that has opened inside Broadway Casino at Broadway Plaza.
After a successful VIP launch last week, attended by more than 700 of the city’s movers and shakers, Mirage Fusion has been busy showing off its new menu which features an eclectic mix of Italian, Indian, Thai and Chinese cuisine.
Broadway Casino had been searching for a restaurant with an award-winning reputation for great food and great service, to take over the spot vacated by Oscar’s and approached Harish Nathwani, MD of the Mandarin Corporation to make his mark.
The menu has been created by a team of international chefs recruited from around the world, committed to sourcing the highest quality ingredients. By combining such diverse and colourful cultures with an uncompromising desire for authenticity, Mirage Fusion hopes guests will be left with a truly exquisite experience.
