My, how they’ve changed

Jo’s before menu

* Breakfast - Usually skipped or three slices of white toast with butter and marmalade

* Lunch - Curry patty or prepacked sandwich or both

* Dinner - Beans or egg on toast with butter

* Snacks - Biscuits, crisps, bread

Jo’s now menu

* Breakfast - Lean bacon, fried egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, two slices of wholemeal toast

* Lunch - Baked potato with tuna, sweetcorn and cheese with side salad

* Dinner - Chilli with rice or Slimming World chips

* Snacks - Yoghurt, fresh fruit, Curly Wurly

Nickie’s before menu

* Breakfast - Two bacon and egg sandwiches with white bread and butter

* Lunch - Fast food chain burger or prepacked sandwich

* Dinner - Meat, chips or prepacked meals with curry at the weekends

* Snacks - Chocolate, crisps

* Breakfast - Omelette with baked beans, mushrooms, cheese

* Lunch - Jacket potato with baked beans, sandwich or chicken and bacon caesar salad

* Dinner - Chilli with rice or slimming World chips

* Snacks - Fruit, yoghurt
