Most choppers under £100 are better suited to indoor spaces or in a light breeze. But this can cope with the elements and has radio control, so can be controlled from further away.

It may only offer two-channel control, but this is the first on the market with a built-in camera, so you can take to the air to record both still snaps and moving footage.
