WIN a family ticket to see A Christmas Carol

A Christmas Carol

CHIPPER Club has teamed up with Birmingham Repertory Theatre, to bring you the chance of winning a Family Ticket to see its fantastic, new, stage adaptation of A Christmas Carol – and a meal in the theatre restaurant.

Following last year’s popular production of The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe, The Rep brings Charles Dickens’ timeless and heartwarming tale A Christmas Carol to life, in a fabulous new production, running from November 25 to January 9.

Bah! Humbug! It’s Christmas Eve and the meanest and most cold-hearted man in London, Ebenezer Scrooge, has no time for merriment or mistletoe. But, just as the clock strikes midnight, his world turns around when he is taken on a journey through the vivid and enchanting worlds of past, present and future. But, will Scrooge change his ways in time for Christmas Day?

The top prizewinner of this competition wins a Family Ticket for four people, for Friday, December 4, at 7.30pm, together with a family meal in wine REPublic prior to the performance; a signed programme, and a family ticket for a ride on the Birmingham Mail Wheel on Centenary Square, courtesy of World Tourist Attractions.

Two runners up will receive a pair of tickets for the same performance.

To enter, answer this question: How many ghosts feature in A Christmas Carol? Is it: a) 4 b) 9 or c) 17?

Write your answer on a postcard or back of a sealed envelope and send with your name, age, address, phone number and Chipper number to Chipper Christmas Carol Competition, Consumer Marketing, BPM Media, Floor 6, Fort Dunlop, Fort Parkway, Birmingham B24 9FF.

Due to the nature of this production, only members aged seven and up can enter. The winner will be the sender of the first correct entry drawn after the closing date of Friday, November 27, followed by two runners up. Tickets will be left at the theatre box office for collection on the day.

Tickets for A Christmas Carol cost from £10-£27.50. For more details, visit birmingham-rep.co.uk or call 0121 236 4455.

The usual Mail children’s competition rules apply.
