Live like a rock star during Glastonbury

THE owner of the most luxurious accommodation close to the site of the Glastonbury Festival is inviting the public through his doors for the first time.

A stay during the festival, from June 27-29, at Pennard Hill Farm (www. pennardhillfarm.co.uk) can also include hospitality tickets, which gain access to backstage areas where you can find clean loos and hip bars!

The festival is held on land owned by Pennard Hill Farm so you don't have to go too far to get back to the indoor swimming pool to relax after a hard day's grooving.

In previous years, Pennard Hill Farm has been available only to artists and support staff at the festival. Now, music-lovers don't have to forgo a bath or a decent night's sleep.

Tailored packages can include dining, treatments and helicopter travel to and from the farm. Here are some of the accommodation prices:

The Hay Barn (sleeps 2/4) is £1,500, The Lamb Cottage (sleeps 2/4) is £1,500, The Golden Fleece Cottage (sleeps 8) is £3,000, The Farmhouse is £1,000 per double room, Winnebagos (sleeps four to six) are £3,000 each, 20ft Yurts or 25ft Tipis (sleeps up to 12) are £2,000 each. Furnishings are extra or bring your own bedding.

Discounts are available for more than four nights.
