Hotel murder suspect's car found
British police have recovered a Porsche 911 belonging to a businessman suspected of beating his girlfriend to death in a Paris hotel, sources confirmed.
Ian Griffin has been at the centre of an international manhunt since Tuesday when the bruised and battered body of Kinga Legg was found at the exclusive Hotel Bristol in the French capital.
It is understood Cheshire Police have recovered Mr Griffin's car during on-going searches of locations connected with the 39-year-old, who is originally from Warrington.
Miss Legg, 36, died from internal bleeding after checking into the £1,000-a-night hotel alone on Monday. Mr Griffin arrived hours later.
Miss Legg's bruised body was found by a hotel cleaner the following day but Mr Griffin and his car had vanished.
Her room was spattered with blood and furniture was smashed, with clear evidence of a struggle, police said.
