Around 800 people were involved in Monday night's Birmingham city centre disorder, West Midlands Police say.

Officers are preparing for a second night of trouble in the city.

How will the trouble come to an end? Do the police need to step up their operations even further? Do parents need to take responsibility for their children and keep them in at night?
