Car-jacking terror of OAP

A 70-YEAR-old man was dragged from behind the wheel by carjackers who pounced on him as he pulled up outside a house in Birmingham.

The pensioner was attacked as he sat in his red Audi A3 in Monument Road, Edgbaston, on Friday.

Three men approached the car, hauled him out and dumped him on the ground.

They sped off in the vehicle, registered VN55 CNC, leaving him lying in the road.

The offenders were described as black, in their late teens and wearing dark hooded tops.

Detectives at Rose Road are investigating and can be contacted on 0845 113 5000.
