HUNDREDS of angry protesters burned the Israeli flag during a noisy demonstration in Birmingham.

The demonstrators are furious at the Israeli bombardment of Gaza which has killed more than 350 Palestinians and left another 1,400 wounded. Among those taking part was a relative of five young girls killed in one of the strikes, which began on Saturday. Read
