No jail term for pervert

A MAN who exposed himself in front of a schoolgirl has avoided time in prison.

John Pritchard was sitting in his car not far from a school when the girl walked past with friends, Wolverhampton Crown Court was told. "I am quite satisfied you were loitering in that area for that purpose,"

Judge John Warner told Pritchard. "I give you credit for going through life without offending and I accept this was an aberration."

Pritchard, 38, of Lychwood Drive, Brierley Hill, denied indecent exposure but was found guilty by a jury.

He was given a three-year community order and told he must register as a sex offender for five years.
