THE family of the victim of Midland road-rage killer Tracie Andrews today said they were “appalled” that she has been given cosmetic surgery on the NHS.

The 40-year-old murderess has undergone cosmetic surgery to realign her protruding jaw at a cost of £5,000 to the taxpayer.

Andrews is serving a life sentence after murdering her fiance Lee Harvey and claiming he was the victim of a road rage attack in 1996.

Today, Lee’s parents, Ray and Maureen, from Kings Norton, said they couldn’t describe how angry they were.

Ray, aged 64, said: “We are the victims that are left behind and we’ve never had any any kind of help of any type whatsoever. I can’t begin to say how angry we are.

“We’ve lost businesses and jobs and all sorts of things and yet she’s given all sorts of pampering and they are letting her have her identity changed should she be released.”

“We’re all taxpayers at the end of the day,” he said. “You’re paying for it and we’re paying for it.

“It seems they will change her identity so she won’t be recognised.

“They can change her identity but they can’t change her nature. We want people around the world to know about this woman.”
