A WALSALL hotel which opened three years ago has gone on sale for £8.25million, it emerged today.

The 121-bedroom Park Inn, which opened as a Ramada Encore in 2006, is privately-owned, but on sale through Christie and Co.

The property was rebranded as a Park Inn last year.

The hotel is next to the M6, by the Bescot Stadium, and has a 120-cover bar and restaurant, a 22-cover meeting room, a fitness room, and a 75-space car park.
