That That fans queue..and queue....

HARDCORE Take That fans will never forget the night they camped out at Villa Park for tickets to see the original band tour for the first time in 15 years.

Devastated by their break-up in 1996, mum-of-two Frankie Forknall, made it her mission to get one of the £55 standing tickets on sale today for the concert at the ground, in June.

She decided to queue at the ground to guarantee tickets, rather than chance it online. The 31-year-old carer, from Castle Vale, who planned to spend the night in a tent, said yesterday: “I went home from school crying when they split up. When they got back together it was one of the best days of my life.

“It’s like reliving my youth. It’s about time I grew up but I’ll probably be camping out again at 50.”

Frankie, who’s also a fan of Birmingham City, said: “I’ll forgive them for the moment of madness – picking this place.”
