KATIE Price fan schoolgirl Abi Lindsay met her idol face to face after her mum won a competition in the Birmingham Mail.

The 15-year-old, from Aldridge, met the glamour model turned businesswoman as she signed copies of her new autobiography at the city centre’s WH Smith store.
Her prize saw her skip to the front of a queue of 500 fans who waited from 6.30am on Saturday to meet the 32-year-old star.
Suffering from flu and wearing a furry black jacket, black beret, bronze studded strapless black top, black fitted trousers and brown suede boots, Katie revealed she wanted to make a movie of her life.
“I’d like to do a film all about my life,” she said. “It would be based on my books.”
Abi thought Katie’s decision to change her hair colour to blonde was a sign she might be expecting a baby with new husband, cagefighter Alex Reid.
She said: “She put it in her autobiography that when she’s pregnant she usually likes to go blonde.”
But Jordan denied there was any deeper meaning to her highlights.
And she dismissed any suggestion that Alex might be upset because she starts her dedication of the book to ex-husband Peter Andre. She said: “I dedicated it to all my friends and family. He’s in half the book as well – but it’s not just to him. I think people are just trying to make something out of it.”
