POP sensations JLS plan to have a Christmas shopping splurge in Birmingham when the group’s first arena tour brings them back to the city.

Oritsé, JB, Aston, and Marvin – who have gone from runners-up on The X Factor to becoming the nation’s favourite boyband – will head to Selfridges in the Bullring when they bring the Outta This World to the LG Arena on Tuesday night.

The group are on a UK tour which includes a further visit in Birmingham in January.

Last week, the quartet were at the city’s HMV Institute in Digbeth to launch their DVD Only Tonight Live in London.

They told the Birmingham Mail that shopping is on their to do list whenever they come to the city.

Marvin, 25, who recently split from Saturdays band member Rochelle Wiseman, said: "There’s a shop in Birmingham we always go to. I can’t remember the name of it but it’s a really nice menswear shop.

"I know how to get there but I don’t know what’s called."
