TWO boats sit high and dry outside the front of a Birmingham house.
But that’s not all. In the back garden are four cars, an old caravan, a cement mixer, reels of underground piping, 12 bicycles, two motorbikes and about eight gas bottles.
Out the front, one of the boats has been docked in a sea of rubbish in front of a net-covered bay window for 15 years. A mobility car is next to it, along with heaps of tyres and old furniture.
Now neighbours are terrified that it might take months or even years to be removed after the owner, named by neighbours as Brian Wright, sadly died.
The 67-year-old was found dead with a 3ft macaw parrot sitting on his head three weeks ago, said neighbours in Farmer Road, Small Heath.
“I’ve never seen anything like it,” said neighbour Ken Daniels, who moved in after Mr Wright and has lived in the otherwise neat and tidy cul-de-sac with his wife Lily for more than 40 years.
