A WOMAN was dragged on to allotments and sexually assaulted as she walked alone at night in Birmingham.
The 28-year-old was in Sandon Road, Edgbaston, at 9.30pm on Tuesday, April 5, when a man approached her.
He grabbed hold of her and frogmarched her to the Oakhill Allotments off Meadow Road where he subjected her to a serious sexual assault.
Det Insp Sally Ford said: “We believe it was an isolated incident and haven’t received any other similar reports in the area.”
The offender was described as black, tall and skinny, aged between 25 to 30, with short cropped Afro hair and slight facial hair on his top lip.
