CHILDREN are turning back the clock for a new drama War Play to be performed this month.
Nearly 30 youngsters, from Kings Norton, Bournville and Northfield have spent a year training and rehearsing for the South Birmingham Theatre show which will be presented at the Patrick Centre, Birmingham Hippodrome on Saturday.
Written and directed by Birmingham-born actress Kate-Lynn Hocking, War Play tells the story of a group of children who spend World War Two hidden from the Nazi regime in an abandoned barn.
