CENTRAL Birmingham Amnesty International group is inviting people to help them send a card across the globe.
The group is holding a ‘greetings card’ event at Bacchus Bar, in Burlington Arcade, New Street Birmingham, on Thursday, December 1, from 7.30pm.
The group is supporting the national Amnesty International Write for Rights Day in which people send cards and messages to prisoners of conscience and human rights groups around the world.
Cards, envelopes, pens and stamps will be provided.
