West Midlands Police said the men, aged 36 and 34, have been granted police bail after being questioned in connection with the murder of 50-year-old Danny McCalla.
Mr McCalla, from Dudley, died on Saturday after being shot at the Tropical Harmony club in Bilston.
A police spokesman said detectives are continuing to question a 29-year-old man arrested at an address in the Black Country on Sunday on suspicion of Mr McCalla's murder.
