Green won't face charges over leak
Tory immigration spokesman Damian Green will not face charges over leaks from the Home Office, the Crown Prosecution Service said.
The decision brings to an end a five-month investigation which resulted in Mr Green's arrest in November and raids on his home and parliamentary office.
Christopher Galley, the Home Office civil servant accused of leaking Government documents to Mr Green, will also not face charges, Director of Public Prosecutions Keir Starmer said.
