River search as vehicle swept away
Emergency services are searching for the occupants of a vehicle swept into a river overnight.
Firefighters, coastguard rescue teams and police are battling to find those inside, after the vehicle was washed away in heavy rain.
One occupant managed to escape following the incident on the B3306 in the village of Zennor, between St Ives and St Just in Cornwall, the county's fire service said.
It is not yet known how many people remain unaccounted for following the incident which happened just after 1.30am.
