Six bodies at US rapist's house
Six bodies found in the home of a convicted rapist in the US were all females and all were homicide victims, officials have confirmed.
At least four apparently had been strangled, according to the coroner's office in Cleveland, Ohio.
Spokesman Powell Caesar with the Cuyahoga County coroner's office said that none of the victims found at the home of Anthony Sowell has been identified.
Decomposition made it difficult to determine how the other two victims died.
The first bodies were found on Thursday night when police went to Sowell's home to arrest him on a new rape charge.
Police say Sowell had spent 15 years in prison for a 1989 rape.
The 50-year-old Sowell has been arrested on a warrant, but no charges have been filed.
Police are asking for the public's help in identifying missing women who may have been victims.
