Soliull 'child porn' teachers: Accused brothers in hiding as parents tell of fears

TWO brothers who work as teachers at nearby Midland primary schools were at secret addresses last night after being arrested for alleged child porn offences.

Christopher and Timothy Davis have been suspended from their jobs at different primary schools in affluent Solihull.

The brothers were arrested at an address on Wednesday and bailed on suspicion of possessing indecent images of children “pending further investigations”.

Christopher, 43, and Timothy, 37, are now understood to have left their home and are staying at secret addresses.

The elder brother taught at St Patrick’s Church of England Junior and Infants School in Earlswood, Solihull, while Timothy worked at Monkspath Junior and Infants School in the Shirley area of Solihull.

Last night, parents of children who attend Monkspath spoke of their horror at the accusations.

IT manager Andrew Chapman, 43, who has a six year-old son at the school, said: “I got a text from another parent on Friday saying that someone had been arrested.

“I rang the school number and got redirected to Solihull Council and they said that they couldn’t tell any more details at present.

“We know nothing about the teacher. I feel mad, but there is nothing that you can do.”
