Man fights for life after A38 crash near Tamworth

A MAN was fighting for his life today after suffering a serious head injury in a car crash.

The motorist was driving his blue Fiat Punto on the A38 between Weeford and Bassett’s Pole, near Tamworth, when the accident happened.

Police are appealing for witnesses to call 08453 302010.
