LUCKY Alexandra Tullah knows just how it feels to be Charlie Bucket as the third person to win one of five golden tickets for a trip of a lifetime to an American chocolate factory.
Life couldn't be sweeter for the seven-year-old, from Lichfield, who discovered her coveted ticket inside the wrapper of a chocolate bar, just as in the book and films.
Alexandra, who goes to Lichfield Cathedral School and one day wants to become a pop singer or actress, said: "I'm really excited about going.
"I hope they've got the chocolate room and the chocolate river with a boat.
"I'd like to see the little Oompa Loompas. I like how they dance."
Her fictional counterpart - third ticket winner Violet Beauregard - swapped her regular gum for bars of Willy Wonka's chocolate to secure her trip to the mysterious factory.
Alexandra said: "I think she's greedy for chewing gum the way she does."
It was on a shopping trip to Sainsbury's, in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield, that Alexandra's dad Stuart bought her the Whipple Scrumptious Fudgemallow Delight Wonka bar containing the golden ticket.
Alexandra said: "I was really surprised when I first saw the golden ticket. I haven't had anyone try to buy it off me but I wouldn't sell it for £1,000."
Her prize will include a tour for her and her family around a chocolate factory in Chicago and a visit to the world famous Warner Bros Studios, in Los Angeles.
