A TEENAGE girl was left distressed after a man grabbed her and tried to kiss her as she walked towards a Redditch underpass.

The 15-year-old victim was walking along Southcrest Road towards the underpass by B&Q when the man approached her.

"He grabbed her and tried to kiss her before making off towards the store," said PC Steve Taylor, stationed at Redditch.

The offender was Asian, in his early to mid 20s, 5ft 8ins tall, with short black hair worn in a central parting.

He was wearing a brown jacket and jeans and also had a moustache and a white pigmentation mark on his right cheek.
